At Personal Best Chiropractic we believe you can’t become your best self without addressing both the body and the mind. Yoga is an excellent tool to become grounded in your physical self through intentionality and training your breath and body to work together. As you become more aware on the mat, mindfulness has a tendency to continue to expand improving focus and balance in other aspects of life as well.

Private and small group sessions are appropriate for all levels of fitness. Whether you’ve never stepped foot on a mat or are a seasoned practitioner – your class can be tailored to you. Yoga is for everybody and every body. If you are a chiropractic patient of the clinic, you can also opt in to have Dr. Don’s input into sequencing and have yoga integrated into your whole treatment plan.

Private session: $99/hour
Small group (2-4 people): $180/hour
